At Kronos AV, we strive to offer customers the highest possible level of service whether it's in-store or online. With Track Order, we offer customers an inside look into our shipping process so that you are kept completely in the loop of every stage of your purchase. 
Track Order is a 24 Hour service available to all customers who have an active order with us, both from in-store purchases or online orders. By usimply inputting your Order Number and registered order Email Address, you can find Live Updates regarding your order from stock picking to courier dispatch. 
Richie, Head of Online Operations explains:
"Track Order has been a theory which I have been modelling for years, and thanks to advances in technology and the help of our extraordinary development team, we have been able to bring the concept to life! It has always been my goal to offer customers quality service, especially in regards to orders because we understand the need for information to make sure you are home, that deliveries aren't missed and you don't need to worry about anything. 
It's only natural that customers want to have information regarding their order, and Track Order is an industry first, that gives the most detailed and up to date information possible. Every step of the way is explained, and you receive an email notification every time your order progresses. This way you know when it is being packed, when it is ready for the courier, when it has been collected etc... You have complete and transparent information about your orders exact location. 
As this is a Live System which updates in real time, customers will have exactly the same information regarding their order as our staff, plus the convenience of checking at any point throughout the day [or even night].
This is of course still controlled and managed by our team so human input is pivotal and we have no plans for that to ever change, but it does mean customers don't necessary need to take time out of their day to physically contact a member of staff because the information is already available to them. Our staff are of course still always on hand if you want to call/email for updates. It simply offers another avenue for customers to check on their order.
Thanks to our email notification system with Track Order you don't have to check up on your order, we will contact you to let you know exactly what is happening. You are then in complete control of every process of your order.
It also means that we can dedicate more staff into other areas of logistics which overall should increase picking time, restocking and dispatch.
