We are happy to do in store demonstations, and allow you the chance to hear before you buy. We recommend always giving us a call or email, just to make sure we have the product(s) available, and to arrange a time so we can offer our full assistance and expertise.

  We have a large range of systems on permanent demonstration, so feel feel to call in any time for a listen to them, we can move items to suit your individual needs, and try and built a system you are happy with. 

   We also welcome you to bring along your own music, to allow you to get a better feel for how the systems would sound with your preferred musical taste.

You can book a demonstration over the phone, or by email. Booking is required for in-store demonstrations. We keep several systems on permanent demonstrations, however these are pre set systems, so may not suit your individuals needs

Our opening hours are 

Dungannon - Mon - Fri / 10am - 5:00pm

Staplefield - Tues - Sat / 10am - 5:30pm

Demonstations can be booked for any of these days, and can also be booked in for Saturdays, however a booking is necessary if you wish to have a demonstration on a Saturday. (Dungannon Store Only) 

Unfortunately we can not give a refund or exchange without proof of purchase. However if you have registered for an account, you can find your purchased item in your account, and this will be useful when it comes to returning an item.

When returnng an item, it may not be possible to offer a refund, if you do not have any proof of purchase. Sometimes refunds can be given, if you can produce other documentation such as a bank statement showing the transaction however these will normally lead to an exchange or gift card rather than a full refund.

When your goods are returned, you will receive an email to let you know we have received the items.

The items will then be inspected to discover where the fault lies. On rare occasions the items may have to be returned to the distributor or manufacturer, which will cause further delays, however you will be notified about this before any item is sent.

If there is a general fault with the item, it will be exchanged for a new model, or a refund can be given, provided the item meets our Terms & Conditions

If you have a faulty item, you can return it to us and we will offer a repair or brand new unit depending on what the fault is. We ask that you return the item with all accessories and packaging intact, in case the complete unit needs replaced. We always recommend keeping the original boxes and accessories, as this makes shipping the item back much easier and can in fact help the resale value of product if you choose to sell it in the future. Also many manufactuers WILL NOT honour warranties if it is not returned in its original packaging.
