How it works...
Your System
Tell us about your system, including what your current equipment is (incl cables etc...). Then let us know what you like/don't like, or what you think could be improved. This could be weaker electronics or speakers, problems with the sound reproduction or even simply the way your system looks! It also helps if you can include a photo of your room, as we can recommend products that will work with your room!
Our Expertise
One of our experienced staff members will personally look into your system and equipment and determine what the problem might be & how to resolve it. We will then outline some products or advice on what we would recommend doing to try and give you the biggest improvement for the smallest outlay.
It's down to you
We will then send you a personal catalog of recommendations of what we think would be the best way to improve / fix your system, alongside some possible products which would be worth considering. At that point it's all up to you to decide if you want to move forward.
What do I receive?
Once our staff have analysed your system, they will prepare a booklet outlying a range of specific products just for you! These are made specifically for each individual customer based around their needs.
This will include a number of options to choose from, advice and you will also be allocated a staff representative who will be your contact should you wish to move forward. This means that you work with the same person from start to finish to make sure you get exactly what you want!
Your custom made brochure will be emailed to you and is fully interactive so by clicking on the products you can access all the product details via our website.
Take a look through a sample catalog. This will give you an idea of what you will receive and the personal experience and recommendations we offer.

This is a wonderful service. It was the first dealer I have spoken to which didn't make me feel like I was another name on a page.
