You can trade in ANYTHING! (Hifi/Audio related. Regardless of age, condition, brand, model etc... it all qualifies.
Does trading in delay my order?
No, we process your order as normal, meaning you don't have to wait for your new product! You can then send us your trade in at a convenient time for you.
Does my trade in have to be working?
No, you can trade in any item, in any condition. Working or not working, damaged or like new. It all qualifies.
Does it have to be a like for like product?
No, you can trade in anything HiFi or audio related. For example if you are buying a turntable you can trade in headphones.
Can we collect your order
Yes, we are happy to collect your trade in if required. We can either collect it directly from your preferred address, or we can supply labels and you can take it to your local Post Office.
