Listening Room

What is becoming a rarity in these days we consider an absolute. In order to audition your choices we have a dedicated 2 channel listening room and while this environment is not the same as yours it offers a secluded private area in which you can take as much time as you need away from the shop floor to listen.
As we only have one room we must ask that all demonstrations must be booked at least a day in advance. Please phone to discuss your needs and book the room.

Home Demonstrations

This service is available but we would recommend you book a shop demonstration first so you can eliminate the items which do not fulfil your requirements.

Home loans

For those who have a lot of experience and want to borrow an item to try at home it is sometimes possible you can do so.
Some conditions apply to doing this, we will discuss these with you at the time of your request.

System Clinic

If you feel the sound of your hi-fi system has gone off, you can arrange a call out, available during shop hours or any evening.

Product Request Service

We aim to have as broad a range of products available at any time but it is impossible to have every item in stock at any one time. We have access to a larger range of products than we have space to display so if you have a request please contact this department by phone, fax, post or e-mail.
